The lifecycle

One order, one record, every step.

Every delivery moves along the same tracked path. Dispatch, the driver, and your customer read the same status at the same moment, with the full history behind it.

    Unassigned

    Dispatch

Order lands from your store or the API.

Capabilities

Everything the last mile needs.

From dispatch to driver

The same delivery, on every screen.

One delivery record, three surfaces. Dispatch plans the day, the driver runs it, and the retailer watches it land, all in sync.

  1. Dispatch plans it

Tomorrow's routes are optimized overnight and assigned before anyone clocks in.

  2. The driver runs it

Route opens to a clear list of stops with one-tap navigation and proof of delivery.

  3. The retailer sees it

Connect shows the same order moving live, with proof attached the moment it lands.

Integrations

One platform instead of four.

Most delivery teams run a router, a tracking page, a driver app, and a spreadsheet, and spend the day reconciling them. Fleetzip keeps planning, the driver's phone, the customer's tracking page, and payment on a single record, so there is nothing to reconcile.

Pricing

Pay per delivery, not per seat.

FAQ

Do I need all three products to get value?

No. Each product stands on its own: a solo driver can run Route alone; an online store can run Connect alone; an ops team can run Dispatch alone. They compound when you run them together: same delivery record, same source of truth, across the team.

Which storefronts does Connect support?

WooCommerce and Magento connect directly. Shopify connects through our dedicated Shopify app. Any custom storefront can push orders in over our REST API. BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix are on the roadmap.

Does Fleetzip hand off to carriers like FedEx or UPS?

Not yet. Fleetzip today runs your own drivers and vehicles end to end: routing, live tracking, and proof of delivery on deliveries you control. Third-party carrier handoff is on the roadmap, not something we ship today.

How do payments work?

Two separate things. Your Fleetzip subscription is billed through Stripe Checkout. Separately, if you want to collect payment from your own customers at checkout, Stripe Connect lets you onboard and take payment on each order, with the price breakdown and platform fee recorded on the shipment.

What does the driver app cost?

Route is free for drivers, always. Pricing happens at the retailer and fleet level, not the driver level. The app runs on iOS with live location and offline barcode scanning.

How does proof of delivery work?

Every delivery has a proof record: photo, signature, or scan captured in Route and attached to the order. Connect exposes it on the customer tracking page; Dispatch makes it searchable across the whole operation.

Tomorrow's deliveries start in Fleetzip.

Plug in your store and your carriers. Fleetzip writes tomorrow's routes overnight, and your drivers open Route to a day that already makes sense.
